MUSICC Identification System (Avid and ISO FDX)
The Avid MUSICC Identification System features an integrated microchip cannister that securely stores 25 non-sterile microchips in plastic vials. The microchip cannister is preloaded with Avid, FECAVA, or ISO FDX-B coded microchips. The microchips can be sterilized by filling the MUSICC container with a cold sterile solution and placing the microchip cannister inside. Rotating the top of the microchip cannister, the microchip can be removed through the top of the carrier with the injector needle (AVID 3001). The MUSICC Identification System is ideal for field use where portability and convenience are important.
DNA Identification System (Avid and ISO FDX)
The Avid DNA Identification System features a single use disposable needle assembly for rapid, error free animal identification. The disposable needle assembly fits securely on the injector pistol and comes preloaded with a sterile 12mm microchip. The Avid DNA Identification System is designed to be used with the injector pistol (AVID3003 - sold seperately); the injector pistol provides a quick, sterile injection of the microchip transponder. The MiniTracker 3 Wand Reader is a portable, universal reader with all the advantages of the AVID MiniTracker series plus an additional 4' circular antenna on a waterproof, flexible extension arm. The circular antenna, handle and extension arm are all waterproof and can be immersed under water as long as the reader itself is kept out of the water. The MiniTracker 3 Wand Reader is designed to scan animals under water, through a cage or from a distance using the circular antenna. The total length of the antenna, handle and flexible extension arm measures approximately 4 feet, 9 inches. The AVID Power Tracker VIII is an identity tag reader with memory and translation capabilities. Its patented Multi-Mode technology enables it to read id tags from different manufacturers. The Power Tracker VIII is capable of reading, translating and storing up to 2000 AVID, FECAVA or ISO FDX-B coded ID tags. The ID code can be displayed as manufactured or translated to an alphanumeric format as defined by the user. For example: the ID tag can be displayed as 'AVID*123*456*789' or displayed as 'MATTHEW-2432'. The ID code, in its original or translated format, can be displayed on the Power Tracker’s 16 character LCD, downloaded via RS-232 to a computer, or stored in the reader’s memory. Additionally, the user may choose to display and output the ISO FDX-B code in several formats including hexadecimal.

Product Description
The Injectable Identipet™ Transponder is a passive radiofrequency identification tag, designed to work in conjunction with a compatible radiofrequency ID reading system. The transponder consists of an electromagnetic coil, tuning capacitor, and microchip sealed in a cylindrical glass capsule. The chip is preprogrammed with a unique ID code that cannot be altered; over 34 billion individual code numbers are contained in the production series. When the transponder is activated by a lowfrequency radio signal, it transmits the ID code to the scanner reading system. The FDXB technology is ideally suited for harsh environments where electrical noise, moisture, or large metal surfaces are present.
Fox Reader Exe
Patented BioBond® AntiMigration Cap: A porous polypropylene polymer sheath is pressure fitted to the microchip to prevent migration of the device within animal tissue. This BioBond® antimigration cap results in increased retention, by promoting the development of fibrocytes and collagen fibres around the implant. The cellular response inhibits movement of the microchip, enabling it to be easily and quickly located and read at the original implant site. Although specifically designed for injecting into animals, this transponder can be used for other applications requiring a microsized identification tag.
